What is experiential therapy?
Experiential therapy engages you through active, hands-on methods designed to provide a healing experience in session and allows clients to explore emotions and patterns that are difficult to access through talk alone. It’s grounded in evidence and tailored to your needs, helping you build insight, regulate emotions, and practice new ways of relating in real time. My sessions provide a safe, supportive setting where these experiences are integrated into lasting change.
